MEET CHRIS
President / Principal
Christopher D. Culpepper, PE, is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 34 years of experience and a knack for solving problems. He helps industrial clients find the root cause of their issues and implement practical solutions for biomass power boilers, steam, heat energy, thermal oil, drying systems and RTO burner systems.
Chris combines a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals with hands-on field experience. He works directly with clients to diagnose problems, often identifying and resolving issues while on site. Through system optimization and tuning, he helps improve heat output, production capacity and emissions performance while minimizing capital costs.
His experience spans process engineering design, project and construction management, consulting, field service, commissioning, OEM equipment and service sales and executive management. His career includes more than $500 million in equipment and service sales, with expertise in biomass combustion, power boilers, heat energy and drying systems, energy recovery, thermal oil systems, biomass power generation and air pollution control equipment—including RTOs, WESPs, dry ESPs and wet scrubbers. He has been a continuous member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for 34 years.
